Order Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase.

Estimated Delivery Time (from the date of dispatch):

  • Tamil Nadu & Puducherry: 1–2 business days
  • Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala & Telangana: 2–5 business days
  • Northern India: 4–7 business days
  • Northeast India: 7–10 business days

Our standard shipping time is 4–6 working days,
excluding Sundays and public holidays.

We ship through reputed courier partners such as ST Courier, DTDC Courier, Amazon, Ekart, Delhivery, and others. Your parcel will be dispatched through one of these couriers depending on service availability and the fastest possible delivery to your location.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link or number via email to follow your shipment’s progress.

Please note that all updates and notifications are sent only through email, not through SMS or WhatsApp.

After dispatch, the delivery process is managed entirely by the courier partner. We do not have control over courier operations, transit delays, or delivery schedules. Customers are kindly requested to track and follow up directly with the courier for updates after dispatch.
