Shipping and Cancellation Policy

Our Shipping and Delivery Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our website’s Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time.

At www.craftstorebyharshu.com, we understand that receiving your order on time is essential. We only accept orders when we are confident that we can meet your deadline.
The total delivery time = Order Processing Time + Delivery Time.


Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped through our trusted courier partners — DTDC, Delhivery, ST Courier, and Bluedart.

Estimated Delivery Timelines:

  • Within Tamil Nadu: 1–3 working days

  • South India (Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Telangana): 2–4 working days

  • North & North East India: 3–5 working days

In some cases, delivery may take longer based on your location. Any such delays will be communicated to the buyer at the time of order. Generally, items are shipped as soon as possible, and all orders are dispatched within 3 working days.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your parcel every step of the way.
Packages may experience delays beyond our control, such as courier or postal delays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link or number via email to follow your shipment’s progress.

Please note that all updates and notifications are sent only via email, not through SMS or WhatsApp.

After dispatch, the delivery process is managed entirely by the courier partner. We do not have control over courier operations, transit delays, or delivery schedules.
Customers are kindly requested to track and follow up directly with the courier for updates after dispatch.

If your tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you haven’t received it, or if there’s a delay, please contact the respective courier company directly, as they will be best placed to assist you.

In case of undelivered or returned (RTO) shipments, forward and reverse shipping charges will be deducted.

If your item does not arrive, please contact us at info@craftstorebyharshu.com, and we will raise an investigation with our courier partners.


Order Cancellation

Please accept our apologies — occasionally, we may have to cancel orders for the following reasons:

  • Product Unavailability: In rare cases where a product is no longer available.

  • Customer Cancellation: If you request to cancel part or all of your order.


Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order:

  • If the order is not shipped, you may request cancellation, and we will approve it.

  • If the order is already confirmed and packing or shipping has begun, cancellation will not be allowed.

  • If you raise a cancellation request after shipping, forward and reverse shipping charges will be deducted.

Unethical Order & Cancellation Policy

If any product purchase is made through unethical means — such as exploiting a technical glitch, misusing offer codes, or violating offer terms — such orders will be canceled immediately, and craftstorebyharshu.com will not be liable to issue any refund in these cases.
